Empowering our Faculty
The Faculty Association works to negotiate and ensure the proper application of our Collective Agreement, enhance the overall faculty experience, advance our members’ professional development, and uphold the highest standards of education. The StMUFA acts as the bargaining agent of all faculty members employed by StMU and regulates relations between the faculty members and the University through collective bargaining.
