The StMUFA is the dedicated advocate for the academic staff at St. Mary’s University in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. As the representative body for both full-time and contract faculty, StMUFA is devoted to advancing the interests of StMU Faculty and the institution itself. With a steadfast commitment to academic freedom, we tirelessly pursue fairness and equity for all faculty members. Serving as the official bargaining agent, StMUFA plays a pivotal role in managing relations between faculty and the University through collective bargaining.
